Northfield

I don't know what happened on Northfield Ave. this afternoon but whatever it was, it wasn't good. There were many fire trucks, police cars and an ambulance though. Traffic was being detoured just as I went to take may daily turn on to Northfield. I got onto the street but had to turn around and take an alternate rout home. I didn't see many vehicles other than emergency response so I am assuming that a pedestrian was struck. I am so sorry that someone is receiving such a horrible phone call........Hello?.......hi..........there has been an accident...........
